M Ed Presentation Skill Development workshop - December 04 and 05 , 2024 at PG Conference hall, PG Block
Presentation Skill Development Workshop for M Ed (junior batch) Students on 04 & 05 December, 2025
A Presentation Skill Development Workshop has conducted for M Ed students (junior) on the above mentioned date. The workshop is organized on the following framework:
- The workshop is organised by IQAC of the college and coordinated by Dr. Sankaranarayanan Paleeri
- Students were directed to select a research article on journal article from any peer reviewed journal and prepare PPT to present the paper. They were also allowed to choose there own paper/ PG research report to present.
- PPTs are to be submitted for adjudication. An adjudication committee evaluated the PPTs
- The students were listed for presentation
- Presentation was chaired by a peer team member. Chairperson was acted as moderator too.
The presentation skill development workshop was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Smitha. R, Principal i/c at 9.30 am on 04-12-2024. The preface of the session was delivered by Dr. Sankaranarayanan Paleeri, IQAC coordinator.
After the inaugural session, the presentation session started. Each presentation was followed a discussion by the participants. Each presentation was commented by the experts to enrich the presenter's presentation skills. All students presented a paper by two days. 15 minutes was the maximum time allotted to each student. The programme was ended by 03 pn, 5th Dec. 2024.
The programme was notably worthy. Students reported that the presentation session provided a live training. They also requested for a second session, with their own paper. Coordinator thanked all students for their enthusiastic participation.

IQAC, NSS Training College,
Ottapalam
On December 4 and 5, 2024, the college's IQAC will host a two-day
workshop for M Ed (first semester) students to develop their presentation
skills. With the use of PowerPoint, the program aims to improve students' presentation
skills while involving them in presenting a research paper or proposal to an
academic audience. Each student will have a maximum of ten minutes to present a
paper, following a discussion session.
